PT Jaya Obayashi menyadari pentingnya mencegah perilaku semacam itu di tempat kerja dan telah berkomitmen untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman bagi karyawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu pendekatan yang diambil oleh Jaya Obayashi dalam mencegah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan adalah dengan menciptakan budaya yang mendorong karyawan untuk menyadari perilaku atau pengaruh yang tidak dapat diterima dan melaporkannya. Perusahaan percaya bahwa pemimpin organisasi, regulator, dan institusi pendidikan bisnis juga harus meningkatkan dan menegakkan kebijakan yang dapat memahami implikasi dan risiko penyalahgunaan kekuasaan di dalam organisasi mereka sendiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, Jaya Obayashi berkomitmen untuk mengurangi ketimpangan di antara karyawan.
