Building on the success of previous years, the Asia Pacific Regional Head Quarter (APRHQ) hosted the 3rd Asia Obayashi Design Forum at the Obayashi Corporation Headquarters, Tokyo.
As an annual agenda initiated in 2023, the forum serves as a collaborative platform that unites Architects, Structural Engineers, and M&E Engineers across Obayashi’s Asia branches to align on design vision, technical standards, and sustainable innovation.
Representatives from five key branches participated — APRHQ (Singapore), TOC (Thailand), OVC HCM & OVC HN (Vietnam), and JYO (Indonesia).
Continuing its strong engagement, Jaya Obayashi joined this year’s forum represented by:

The three-day program featured project showcases, site visits, and workshops aimed at enhancing synergy among Architecture, Structure, and M&E disciplines — strengthening collaboration toward a sustainable built environment across Asia.
