When I first hired as a young manager in Jaya Obayashi, I had concerns that my voice might not be valued as much as my other senior colleagues. Over the years, however, never once I have ever felt undervalued or being treated differently. This company’s appreciation towards one’s expertise and opinion regardless of their age and gender is one of the things that I admire most about Jaya Obayashi.
