The Corporate Code of Ethics socialization was successfully held on November 29, 2024, via Microsoft Teams, with participation from staff at the Head Office and all project sites. The goal was to ensure that employees understand and implement the principles of the Code of Ethics in all operational activities of PT Jaya Obayashi.
This initiative supports SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, with a focus on:
- Good Corporate Governance: Applying principles of honesty, fairness, and accountability.
- Strong Institutions: Building an ethical work culture for long-term sustainability.
- Peace and Security in the Workplace: Preventing conflicts, building trust, and fostering harmonious cooperation.
