The Company’s Code of Ethics Socialization was conducted on 14 November 2025 through an online platform and attended by 369 employees from the Head Office and all project sites of PT Jaya Obayashi. This activity aimed to strengthen employees’ understanding and commitment to consistently applying the Company’s ethical values in all operational activities.
This program forms part of the Company’s efforts to support Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, with a focus on the following areas:

Implementation of Integrity-Based Corporate Governance through the principles of honesty, fairness, and accountability in decision-making processes.

Strengthening of Corporate Institutions by fostering an ethical work culture as a foundation for long-term sustainability.

Creation of a Safe and Harmonious Work Environment by promoting mutual trust, preventing conflicts, and encouraging healthy collaboration.
Through this socialization, the Company expects all employees to adopt the Code of Ethics as a guiding framework for workplace conduct, thereby fostering a professional, transparent, and integrity-driven organizational culture, while reinforcing the Company’s commitment to sustainable corporate governance practices.
