On August 23, 2024, PT Jaya Obayashi proudly conducted its annual CSR event at the Taman Wisata Alam Angke area. As part of our ongoing commitment to environmental preservation, we planted 800 mangrove trees, which play a crucial role in maintaining the balance of coastal ecosystems. Mangroves are essential for protecting shorelines from erosion, maintaining ecological balance, and providing habitats for various marine species. This initiative not only aims to strengthen coastal ecosystems but also serves as a tangible step in supporting the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly those focused on environmental protection. We have consistently upheld this commitment since 2022 and continue to do so this year. Through our mangrove planting efforts, PT Jaya Obayashi actively contributes to global efforts to combat climate change, reduce carbon emissions, and preserve biodiversity. To date, PT Jaya Obayashi has successfully planted a total of 1,800 mangrove trees.
