URBAN FORESTRY TREE PLANTING – CSR INITIATIVE

PT Jaya Obayashi strengthens its commitment to sustainability through the Urban Forestry Tree Planting CSR event, held on October 15, 2025, at GIIC, Cikarang. A total of 500 trees — including Jabon, Gmelina, Sengon, and Rain Tree (Trembesi). The Urban Forestry Tree Planting initiative aims to restore ecological balance in industrial areas by increasing green coverage, improving air quality, and fostering biodiversity. Furthermore, this program serves as part of PT Jaya Obayashi’s ongoing commitment to support emission reduction efforts within industrial zones, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future. Through this activity, PT Jaya Obayashi — together with Trees4Trees, reinforces the belief that sustainable progress is achieved when industrial advancement goes hand in hand with nature preservation. ANNUAL DONATION TO YAYASAN KAMPUNG KIDS – CSR INITIATIVE

Over the past four years, PT Jaya Obayashi has consistently upheld its commitment to supporting sustainable living through dedicated CSR initiatives. Each year, PT Jaya Obayashi has been proud to donate to Yayasan Kampung Kids, an organization focused on improving the lives of children through education and nutrition. Our contributions specifically support the Pre-School Education program, English Classes, and Feeding Program, ensuring that the children receive not only quality education but also the necessary nutrition to grow and thrive. This ongoing partnership reflects our sincere dedication to creating a positive, long-lasting impact on the community.

MAINTAINING SUSTAINABLE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE THROUGH ANNUAL CODE OF ETHICS SOCIALIZATION

The Company’s Code of Ethics Socialization was conducted on 14 November 2025 through an online platform and attended by 369 employees from the Head Office and all project sites of PT Jaya Obayashi. This activity aimed to strengthen employees’ understanding and commitment to consistently applying the Company’s ethical values in all operational activities.

This program forms part of the Company’s efforts to support Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions, with a focus on the following areas:

  • Implementation of Integrity-Based Corporate Governance through the principles of honesty, fairness, and accountability in decision-making processes.

  • Strengthening of Corporate Institutions by fostering an ethical work culture as a foundation for long-term sustainability.

  • Creation of a Safe and Harmonious Work Environment by promoting mutual trust, preventing conflicts, and encouraging healthy collaboration.

Through this socialization, the Company expects all employees to adopt the Code of Ethics as a guiding framework for workplace conduct, thereby fostering a professional, transparent, and integrity-driven organizational culture, while reinforcing the Company’s commitment to sustainable corporate governance practices.
